This hotel is in a fantastic location, right next to gas stations, restaurants, and convenience stores, and my room had great amenities like a microwave.

The rooms were impeccably clean and included a small refrigerator, a coffee maker, and a couch etc. Every staff member we encountered was willing to help. The hotel was really close to popular restaurants, and Florence for quite awhile on long and short term construction projects thanks to its great and absolutely perfect location...

The rooms were generously sized and offered great value, featuring a Jacuzzi and a sofa bed for added comfort. The staff was incredibly helpful and eager to assist with any requests. the hotel boasts a perfect location, conveniently close to all local attractions.

We had initially wanted a non smoking room. At the time of check in there were non available. We had called quite a few hotels. Had to settle for a smoking room. Our overall stay was acceptable. Our next stay will be in a non smoking room. We will continue to call around until we find one. Thank-you.

I had a very good overall experience during my stay. This hotel is ideal and friendly, conveniently located close to everything you need. the staff were knowledgeable and highly courteous, making me feel welcome. I appreciated the free wake-up service and the ironing facilities available. the breakfast offered healthy options, which was a nice touch. the pool area was enjoyable. the location is perfect, right next to shopping areas, restaurants, and gas stations, giving plenty of dining options nearby.

The room I stayed in was nicely decorated and stocked with a table & 2 chairs and a Jacuzzi, for instance. Exceptionally nice staff suggested restaurants. The staff was willing to help, the location was marvellous.
